Join my 1:1 coaching plans to take your training to another level. We’ll evaluate your current fitness and discover your goals. Your training will be designed to meet those goals.

Whether you are menstruating, pregnant, postpartum, or in another phase, you will receive a baseline movement assessment, a progressive program tailored to your goals, videos with written and verbal explanations, personalized workout advice, in-app messaging to me, and optional video check-ins for precise feedback.

Tell me about yourself! Exercise background, symptoms, goals, stress level, and how I can best support you.

2. Schedule an intro call

Book a free Google Meet call where we can meet face to face to discuss your goals, get to know each other, and ensure we’re a great fit!

3. Movement Evaluation

After our call, you will receive onboarding instructions and submit videos so I can assess your movement patterns so I can create the perform program for you.

4. Start your personalized program

A few days after your assessment you will have access to your personalized program in the app.
