Your login information and course activity are used only to deliver the best experience—and nothing more. We don’t track you across the internet, and we don’t allow ads on our platform.

If you’re working with Stef 1:1 or in a small group setting, your personal health information is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Any intake forms, conversations, or coaching notes are stored securely and are never shared without your explicit, written consent.
