Allow me to introduce myself…

Hi! Thank you for being here. My name is Stef. I am currently 8 months pregnant with my first child and starting the Feminist Wellness Collective, a dream I’ve had for a year.

The Feminist Wellness Collective is for people who are interested in feminism. People who are healing from patriarchal systems. People who care about quality leadership. People who are driven by restorative practices. People who want live a lifestyle aligned to their bodily systems. People who want to be part of a restorative, active, and empowered community.

A little background about me. I grew up in New Jersey and moved to Colorado with my now husband in 2014. I went to Binghamton University where I obtained a bachelors degree in history. Then I went to the University of Colorado at Boulder where I got a masters degree in education- curriculum and instruction. I taught high school social studies for 4 years. Ending that career is what brought me to this point of entrepreneurship, healing, and growth.

I am a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. An avid reading and lifelong learner. I love to travel, move my body, socialize, cook, and live a balanced lifestyle.

It’s my purpose to share with you how to thrive in a patriarchal society through restoration, empowerment, and action.
