What You Can Expect in 6 Weeks

Each session blends mobility, breathwork, and strength training to help you build from the ground up. You’ll learn how to connect your breath to your movement, strengthen your core, and lift with confidence.

In six weeks, you’ll notice:

  • Improved posture and stability

  • More confidence in movement

  • Less tension and discomfort

  • Everyday activities (lifting, carrying, twisting) feel easier

Why I Created Aligned Strength

As a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and pre & postnatal coach, I’ve seen how much women’s fitness leaves out — especially when it comes to the core and pelvic floor.
You don’t need another “burn” class. You need a space where you can rebuild strength intentionally, understand your body, and feel connected to other women doing the same work.

In Aligned Strength, I encourage questions, I coach in real time, and I celebrate the stories of everyday wins — when clients realize walking stairs, playing with their kids, or lifting groceries feels effortless again.
